Q: Where is this wig from?

A: Our wigs are imported from Asia. They come are professionally treated and packaged before they are shipped to the US . The human hair is only of the finest quality and very natural.

Q: I have a very large / small head. Will this wig fit my head?

A: Yes, our wigs come with an adjustable top which is made of an elastic / cloth material. This allows the wig to be adjusted for both very small and very large (~24”) heads for a comfortable, natural fit.

Q: What’s the difference between mono-filament (mono) and skin top?

A: A mono-filament wig has a mesh which lets the true skin color of your scalp show through. Mono wigs tend to have slightly thinner hair on top. Skin tops use a skin colored elastic top and have thicker hair on top and do not show the skin color through the hair.

Q: Is this a mono wig?

A: If the wig description doesn’t say Mono-Filament then the wig is a regular top wig.

Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?

A: Yes, we accept personal checks and money orders. Personal check usually takes us 4 businesses to process. Money order will be cashed right receipt. We will ship your wig upon clearing of your payment.

Q: Why don't you accept returns?

A: Due to health / legal reasons and the fact that we sell only NEW, sealed wigs, we do not accept refunds or exchanges except when there has been an error on our part. E-mail us prior to bidding if you have any questions.

Q: How do I take wear my wig for the first time?

A:

  1. Remove wig from the plastic bag or box. Carefully remove the protective hair net from your wig. Give your wig a good shake to separate the fibers and give some body to the hair. This will “wake up" the preset styling of your new hair piece.
  2. Brush your hair off your face at the top and sides. If your hair is too long, you may want use bobby pins to help keep it off your face, back at the sides, and up at the nape. Some women use a wig liner to keep their existing hair in place.
  3. Hold your wig at the sides with the woven label in back. Place it at your natural hairline and slide it on from front to back. Adjust the wig as needed so the front edge is just over your natural hairline. Use the ear tabs to center your wig from left to right.
  4. Tuck in any stray hairs at the front, sides and nape. Now you’re ready for styling!

Q: How do I style my wig?

General Styling Tips:

  1. Don't try to get every hair perfectly in place. Sometimes it looks more natural if the is hair is not "perfectly" styled.
  2. Use, wig brushes, combs and other styling accessories. They make styling easier and extend the life of your wig.
  3. Don't be afraid to use hair mousse or gel to achieve a certain style.
  4. Have fun experimenting with different looks!

Synthetic Styling Tips:

  1. Try the "shake and go" method. Many styles need only a good shake or finger styling and they're ready to wear.
  2. For tight curly or ringlet styles give the wig a vigorous shake, then gently lift and separate the curls with a pick comb or your fingers. DO NOT BRUSH.
  3. For wavy styles with loose curls brush lightly with a wig styling brush or pick comb using short, lifting strokes - just enough to relax the style.
  4. For long curly styles use your fingers or a pick comb to gently lift and separate the curls. DO NOT BRUSH.
  5. For straight styles brush in long, even, gentle strokes from the crown to the ends for a smooth, sleek look.
  6. After each wearing, spray the ends of your wig with wig conditioner. Gently remove any tangles.
  7. Never expose your wig to heated styling tools such as hair dryers and curling irons or other heat sources.

Human Hair Styling Tips:

  1. Always use a wide tooth or pick comb for curly styles and a wire brush for straight styles. Avoid standard brushes.
  2. When brushing, start at the ends and gently work your way to the roots.
  3. To completely restyle your human hair wig, we suggest taking it to your stylist. If you decide to restyle it yourself, please follow these guidelines:
  • Place wig on wig stand. Use standard or electric rollers or pin curls.
  • Remove tangles with a wire brush or wide toothcomb.
  • Pick up hair and wind on roller, smoothing ends as you go.
  • Use medium setting with electric rollers or hair dryer. With hair dryer about 12" from wig, circulate heat evenly and continuously.
  • Allow hair to cool before removing rollers or pin curls.
  • Lightly brush or backcomb desired areas and spray with hair spray.

Q: Can I cut my wig?

Yes, however if you are considering cutting or thinning your wig, we highly recommend you take your wig to a hair stylist who is experienced in cutting wigs.

Q: Can I color my wig?

A: We do not recommend coloring your wig with dyes or bleach. This may damage the fibers of the hair.

Q: How do I store my wig?

A: The best way to store your wig is on a wig stand. Not only does this help prevent your wig your wig from becoming tangled / soiled between wearing, it also helps to maintain your wig’s style. Store your wig in a clean, dry place, away from dust and sources of high heat.
